Attention! Lumber does not ship. It is for local pick-up only.

     I'm a new store in Richland, PA. selling specialty milled lumber and mushroom growing supplies. It might seem like a strange combo but the sawdust from my mill makes the perfect substrate for growing wood-loving mushrooms. 

     I want to focus on a quality product. Not on labeling or packaging. I sell all the supplies you need to start a small-scale mushroom farm using the same techniques that have worked well for me. I also have one-and-done products if you only have a fleeting interest. 

     If you have never grown mushrooms before I would suggest starting with an Oyster (blue) Fruiting Bag. They are very easy to set up and can get the ball rolling without being overwhelming. Or, you could get some colonized Shiitake grains and use them to make your own outdoor Shiitake logs that you can harvest for years. I plan on having monthly classes starting in the spring of 2025 to teach the skills that I have acquired. If you are interested please leave an e-mail on our contact page. 

     The lumber side of the business is more for local shoppers because shipping costs can be insane but I will feature a few of my more interesting pieces online for pick-up. CALL BEFORE ORDERING! All the woodcraft I make will be on display for shipping and pick-up. I have canes, walking sticks, boxes, gag gifts, wooden signs, and more.  If you are interested in anything custom from the mill or the shop feel free to call or e-mail me. Also If you are considering buying a piece of lumber feel free to call me and I can send you more detailed pictures and better help you understand what you are buying (returns would suck for everyone involved.)
