This has everything in it your cultures might come across in their grains and substrates. Oyster shell, straw, manure, grains, activated charcoal, gypsum, nutritional yeast, and a few other surprises. Expect vigorous growth. Packed in the sterile sleeve they are shipped in. (small amounts of condensation can occur when shipping. It has never been an issue for the cultures.)
